Kickstarter consulting that actually launches campaigns

I'm a Kickstarter expert. I've helped raise £3M+ across 30+ campaigns on Kickstarter. I'll help you do the same.

A Kickstarter consultant you can trust.

Multiple funded campaigns. Real lived experience. Practical help — no guru fluff. Agencies charge £8,000–£10,000 for the same work. I've done it many times myself.

Same work. A fraction of the price. Built for founders, not agency margins.

Kickstarter Expert Partner

Official endorsement

Kickstarter chose me to help their creators.

Kickstarter runs a small, hand-picked programme of vetted creators who advise founders on how to launch successfully. I'm one of them — an official Kickstarter Expert Partner.

That means Kickstarter themselves reviewed my track record, my campaigns, and my advice — and put me on the list of consultants they'll send creators to. It's not a sticker you can buy. They chose who's on it.

If you'd rather not take my word for it, take theirs.

Not sure if you should launch a Kickstarter?

Eight honest questions. An honest answer at the end. Half the founders who fill it in learn they should wait. The other half find out they're closer to ready than they thought.

The most affordable Kickstarter help on the market

See how I do this.

I'm not trying to make friends in the industry. Agencies charge £8,000–£10,000+ just to guide you through your launch — and that's strategy and advice only, not them actually running the campaign for you. I charge a fraction of that for the same advisory work. And if you want it fully built and run? I'm the only one who'll actually do that — for £5,000.

Founders — read this before you sign anything

If an agency asks for a percentage of your campaign — walk away.

Don't do it. Ever.

Here's the part they don't say out loud: the percentage they take isn't really a cut of the work they did — it's a cut of the backers Kickstarter itself sends you organically. Kickstarter's algorithm pushes funded projects to its huge built-in audience. Most of those backers find you because the platform put you in front of them. The agency just stands at the door and takes a tax.

Want the full ladder? Read the honest breakdown of Kickstarter consultant cost at every tier in 2026.

Agency prices above are real ranges I've seen quoted to founders I've helped. I'm not interested in protecting the industry margin — I'm interested in helping you launch.

How it works

What happens after you pick a tier.

No mystery, no long sales process. Same shape for every engagement.

1

Project kick-off call

Once you're booked, we jump on a call to dig into the project — what you're building, where you are, what you need. No qualifying chat. If you've paid, we're working.

2

I build, coach, or run it

Depending on the tier you picked. Coaching means weekly calls and reviews. Done-for-You means I build the page, write the emails and run the campaign. You stay involved as much or as little as you want.

3

Launch + land safely

Campaign goes live with a pre-launch list ready to back it. I stay with you through the live phase and — for coaching tiers — into post-campaign fulfilment. No vanishing once the cash lands.

Add-ons

Need just one specific thing?

Bite-sized deliverables. Pay, brief me, I build it. Most delivered within 48–72 hours.

Adam Webb — Kickstarter consultant

About

I've done this — and I'm still doing it.

I'm Adam Webb. British founder. I've personally launched and helped launch 30+ Kickstarter campaigns, raising more than £3M in total. Every one funded.

Right now I'm running Lifelong Reefill, a bathroom-essentials Kickstarter going live March 2027. I work on real campaigns every week — not theory, not last year's playbook. Lived experience.

Most consulting comes from people who launched one campaign and built a course about it. I've launched many. Different categories, different price points, different mechanics. I've made every mistake there is, and I'll save you from each of them.

Reply to any email and it comes straight to me — there's no team filtering it.

Projects

Real campaigns. Real funding.

A small selection across three categories. I've helped many more than I can show here.

Every campaign here earned Kickstarter's Projects We Love badge.

Lifelong REEFill — Bathroom Essentials

My next campaign. Refillable hand soap, body wash and shampoo, made from 100% ocean-bound recycled plastic. March 2027 launch. Still got my foot in the door — every consulting client gets a real-time look at how I build, market and fund my own campaigns.

My own campaigns

Three I launched alone.

Solo founder. Solo build. Solo launch.

Founders I've helped as a consultant

A few of the campaigns I've helped launch.

Just three examples — I've helped many more founders fund their campaigns. Theirs to own. Mine to advise.

Previous company — Flyte

Three other projects I helped build.

From my time at Flyte. Each one funded into six figures.

These are 9 of many. Every consulting client gets full access to the wider portfolio plus the inside story on what worked, what didn't, and what I'd do differently.

Projects We Love

Kickstarter's editorial pick — and how I get clients featured.

"Projects We Love" is Kickstarter's hand-picked editorial spotlight. Curated by Kickstarter's own team. There's no formula — they pick what they think is genuinely interesting, well-presented, and likely to deliver.

Getting picked is a serious shortcut. It puts your campaign in front of millions of Kickstarter's engaged backers, gives you an official badge, and signals quality to anyone visiting your page. Most campaigns never get it. Mine do.

100% success rate

Every Kickstarter campaign I've launched has earned the Projects We Love badge.

I'll teach you how to position your campaign so Kickstarter's editors notice it. It's not luck — it's a checklist. I know the checklist.

Who I work with

Whatever you're aiming for — I'm here for it.

I help founders chasing huge numbers and founders just trying to fund their first small batch. Both are wins. Same care either way.

Big ambitions

You want to hit six figures and beyond.

Press, charts, sell-outs, the lot. We'll plan for it like we mean it — page strategy, reward ladder, launch-day push, the works.

Small launches

You just want to fund your first batch.

£5,000, £10,000, whatever pays for the production run. Same toolkit, same honesty. A small funded launch is still a launch — and it's how every big brand started.

Anywhere in the world

US, EU, UK, Australia — wherever you are.

I work with founders across all the major Kickstarter markets. Calls happen on Zoom, time zones flex around you. Kickstarter doesn't care where you launch from — neither do I.

The size of the number isn't the point. Your product getting made — that's the point.

What founders say

Real founders. Real funded campaigns.

Andy Smith, CEO of Brother Earth

"Adam really helped us navigate the Kickstarter landscape from page creation to marketing and fulfilment. As Kickstarter first-timers it was great to have someone experienced on-hand who could help us dodge the pitfalls and point us in the right direction."

Andy Smith — CEO, Brother Earth
Franziska, CEO of Tripulse Active Sportswear

"Adam gave me great guidance and knowledge about the Kickstarter and crowdfunding landscape. He has a deep understanding from beginning to end and was happy to support throughout the entire campaign. For people who need a helping hand and a push in the right direction, definitely give him a call."

FAQ

Questions founders actually ask.

Honest answers — no upsells, no guru talk.

What happens if my campaign doesn't fund?+

Kickstarter is all-or-nothing — if you don't hit your goal, nobody pays a penny and nothing ships. I help you set a goal you'll fund in the first few hours, not one you're sweating about on day 25. We work backwards from a number we're confident in, then build a pre-launch list big enough to make it look easy.

How long does this take from start to launch?+

Six to twelve weeks is normal. The hard part is building the email list before launch — most campaigns that flop did three weeks of pre-launch and wonder why launch day was quiet. If you're in a rush, I'll tell you honestly whether the timing makes sense.

Do I need a finished product to start?+

You need a working prototype and good photos. You don't need finished manufacturing — most successful campaigns launch with a beta-stage product and use the funds to do the production run. That's the whole point of crowdfunding.

Why don't you take a percentage of my raise like an agency?+

Because it's not my campaign. Most of the backers a campaign gets come from Kickstarter's own audience, not the consultant's. Charging a percentage is a tax on traffic the platform sent you. Flat fee, paid once — the rest is yours.

Can I just buy add-ons without a full programme?+

Yes — that's the point of the add-ons. Pay for the bit you can't do yourself (landing page, reward tiers, hero image, video script) and I'll deliver it. Most are done in 48–72 hours.

What product categories do you work with?+

Most of them. I've done bathroom care, eyewear, music gear, sustainable fashion, action RPGs, levitating furniture. The mechanics of a good campaign translate well across categories. Food and supplements are the only ones I'd point you elsewhere for — different regulations.

Do you guarantee Projects We Love?+

No, and anyone who does is lying — Kickstarter's editors pick it, not the consultant. What I can do is hit every box they're looking for. Every campaign I've launched myself has earned the badge. That's the closest you can get to a guarantee without making one up.

What's your refund policy?+

Ebook and video course: 14 days, no questions. Coaching and done-for-you: once we've started building, the work is done — so no refund on time already spent. If it really isn't a fit, I'd rather know in the first week so we can stop before it gets expensive.

Do you work with founders outside the UK?+

Yes. Most of my consulting clients are outside the UK. Calls happen on Zoom — I work European hours mostly, but I'm flexible on timing for a one-off call.

How quickly can you start?+

Strategy calls within a week. Coaching programmes — usually within two weeks, depending on capacity. Done-for-You launches: I only take a few a month, so message me about slot availability.

Ready to launch?

Two ways in. Start small with a £60 strategy call to scope the work — or go straight to Done-for-You and I'll build the whole thing.

Reply to any email and it comes straight to me. No team, no funnel.

Meta paid ads

Need paid ads driving your launch?

I don't run Meta ads myself. It's a full discipline of its own, and doing it badly burns money you can't afford to burn.

Instead, I work with a vetted Meta ads partner who runs paid campaigns specifically for Kickstarter — pre-launch list-building, launch-day push, mid-campaign retargeting. They only do this. They know what works.

Whether you're working with me or not, I'm happy to plug you in directly. No markup, no kickback. Just a good intro.
