What you get
Lifetime access
The short version. What you buy here is my time and the work that comes out of it, and none of it expires. If this campaign stalls, the package carries over to whatever you launch next. There's no deadline and no reactivation fee.
What's included
- The sessions themselves — and everything we build in them. The launch checklist, the tier structure, the pre-launch plan. You keep the working documents, not notes about them.
- Your pre-launch page — on the coaching programme, built with VIP and referral pages. That's £200 of work included at no extra charge.
- Both self-serve tools, free for life — the Kickstarter pre-launch page (£200) and the launch checklist (£99). That's £299 included in whatever tier you buy, with no expiry.
- Video lessons, when they're ready — I'm filming a course that walks through the platform itself. It isn't finished and I don't hand it out at purchase, so don't buy for it. When it's done, everyone who has bought before then gets it free.
The book is separate and deliberately cheap: chapter one is free to anyone, and the complete PDF is €9 on the book page. I'd rather you read it before booking than pay me to say the same things out loud.
The coaching programme adds your pre-launch web page build on top, with VIP and referral pages, which is £200 of work included at no extra charge. Full detail of what sits at each tier is on the services page.
Access starts at payment, not at the first session
This is the part worth being explicit about. When your payment clears I send your access links straight away, usually within the hour. You don't wait for a session, a call or an onboarding form.
That's deliberate, because the reading is more useful before we speak than after. Founders who arrive at the first session having read the goal-setting and pricing chapters get a far better hour out of me, and we spend it on their campaign rather than on definitions.
Why this means consulting fees aren't refundable
Here's the honest reasoning, rather than a policy hiding behind small print.
The moment you pay, you receive the guide in full. That's not a promise of future work, it's a transfer that has already happened, and it can't be reversed. You can read the whole thing in an evening, keep the PDF, apply it to your campaign and never speak to me again. A refund at that point would mean handing back money for material you still hold.
It's the same reason a book shop won't refund a book you've read, and the reason most digital products stop being returnable once you've downloaded them. The difference is that I'd rather say it plainly on its own page than bury it in clause five.
The same goes for the time. Once we've held a session you have advice you can act on and can't return, and I've turned down the slot for someone else.
So the position is short and honest: where something is delivered the moment you pay — the coaching programme, the launch checklist, the pre-launch page — there is no refund, because you already hold it. Where nothing has been delivered yet you have 48 hours to change your mind. The refund policy sets out the detail, including the 14 days you get on the ebook and course bought on their own.
And it doesn't expire
The flip side of no refunds is that nothing you've bought ever runs out.
If your campaign slips six months, the guide is still yours. If you shelve the product and launch something completely different in two years, still yours, and it will have been updated twice by then at no cost to you. There's no renewal, no subscription and no reactivation fee. Unused coaching sessions carry over to whatever you launch next.
That's the trade. The fee is committed, and so am I.
How the tools access works
When your payment goes through, the confirmation page shows you a code. Go to either the pre-launch page or the launch checklist, click through to checkout, and paste the code into Add promotion code. The total drops to zero. Nothing to activate and no separate account to set up.
Use it whenever you're ready rather than straight away. If you buy coaching in March and don't build your pre-launch page until November, the code still works. That's the point of it: the tools are there for the campaign you actually run, not the one you planned in the week you paid.
It's tied to you rather than transferable. There's a redemption limit on it, so if it gets passed around it stops working — including for you. Lost it? Email me and I'll send it again.
The calculators are free, and stay free
The pricing, fees, day-one and ROAS calculators, and the launch readiness check, are on the tools page for anyone. They aren't behind the paywall and they never will be, so nothing you pay for here is access to them. Use them before you decide whether to buy anything at all.
Lost your copy?
Email adam@adamwebb.pro from the address you bought with and I'll resend it. There's no time limit on that either, and no charge. If you bought two years ago and lost the email, it's still your material.
Want to see what the writing is like before you buy anything? The first chapter is free, and it's the one that tries to talk you out of launching.
