Refunds
Refund policy
The short version. Where nothing has been delivered yet, you have 48 hours from payment to change your mind. Where delivery happens the moment you pay — the coaching programme, the launch checklist, the pre-launch page — there is no refund, because you already hold what you bought. In exchange, none of it expires: if this campaign doesn't happen, the package is yours to use on the next one.
The 48-hour window
Buy any consulting tier and you have 48 hours to tell me you've changed your mind, provided we have not yet started. Email me inside that window and I refund you in full, no argument and no forms.
"Started" means any of the following has happened: we've held a session, I've sent you the discount code or access links, I've reviewed your campaign or materials, or I've begun preparing deliverables. Once any of those has happened the work has begun, whether or not 48 hours have passed.
After that, the fee is committed
Consulting is time, not a product in a box. When you book a package I stop taking other work for that slot, I read your campaign before we speak, and the moment we've had a session you have advice you can act on and cannot give back.
The same goes for anything I've already handed over: a discount code, a page build, a dated launch plan. Those are transfers that have happened, and what you've bought never expires, which is the other half of the deal.
That's why there's no partial refund and no offsetting against an hourly rate afterwards. The package isn't priced as a bundle of hours to be unpicked one at a time. It's priced as a whole, which is why it costs a fraction of what an agency charges for the same ground.
If I'm the one who can't deliver, that's different. If I cancel, become unavailable, or fail to provide what was agreed, you get a full refund of anything undelivered. The policy protects the time I've committed, not me from my own obligations.
Your package never expires
This is the part most policies leave out. Campaigns get delayed, products stall, and sometimes a founder decides the timing is wrong. That happens, and it's often the right call.
So what you've bought stays open. If your campaign doesn't launch, or you shelve it and come back to a different product in a year, the remaining sessions and deliverables are still yours. There's no deadline to use them and no reactivation fee. Email me whenever you're ready and we pick up where we left off.
Coaching is tied to the lifetime of a single campaign, but which campaign is up to you. If the first one doesn't happen, it transfers to the next.
By what you bought
- Ebook and video course — 14 days, no questions asked. Digital products are the one place a straightforward money-back window makes sense.
- Strategy call (£60) — refundable up to 24 hours before the booked time. After that the slot is held and the preparation is done.
- Coaching programme (£750) — delivered in full the moment you pay: your access code for the tools, your pre-launch page build, and your discount code all arrive immediately. Because that transfer has already happened it is non-refundable, and in exchange the package never expires and carries forward to a future campaign.
- Done-for-you launch (£5,000) — 48 hours from payment if I haven't begun. Once work starts, no refund; the engagement transfers if your launch is postponed.
- Video build and add-ons — full refund before I begin work on the deliverable. Once I've started, no refund.
- Launch checklist (£99) — delivered in full the moment you pay, so it is non-refundable once you have opened it. If checkout failed or you were charged twice, tell me and I will put it right.
If you're unhappy
Tell me. Genuinely: email adam@adamwebb.pro and say what isn't working. Most problems are a mismatch of expectations that a conversation fixes, and I would far rather rework something or spend an extra session on it than have you feel short-changed.
I'd rather be told early and plainly than discover it afterwards. It's the same advice I give founders about their backers.
Your legal rights
Nothing here removes rights you have by law. If you're buying as a consumer rather than a business, UK consumer legislation may give you a cancellation right that this policy cannot override, and where it applies it takes precedence over anything on this page.
The version of this policy that applies to your purchase is the one that was live on this page when you paid. It sits alongside the Terms of Service; where the two differ on refunds, this page is the more specific and applies.
Not sure which tier is right before you commit? Start with the £60 strategy call. It's sixty minutes, it's credited against anything bigger you book within seven days, and it's the cheapest way to find out whether we're a fit.
